“By listening repeatedly to discussions and discourses on spiritual topics, the path to first-hand knowledge of what has been heard gradually opens out. You know, it is as when water uninterruptedly dripping on a stone finally makes a hole in it, and then a flood may suddenly surge through.” –Sri Anandamayi Ma
Bhagavad Gita summer study

Drop-ins welcome!
Spend some time this summer learning about your real nature. The Bhagavad Gita, or Song of God, is a dramatic teaching story about the purpose of human life, the nature of human reality, and the real meaning of yoga. We will read a version of the Gita that comes from Kashmir and has a commentary by the great yogi philosopher, Abhinavagupta. Shambhavi opens the door to this ancient text so you can walk through and discover its riches and beauty.
If you only read one book this summer, or this lifetime, let it be the Bhagavad Gita!
