Puja is a form of ritual offering and receiving. Engaging in puja, we have greater opportunity to recognize and embody wisdom virtues such as devotion, clarity, perseverance, dedication, mercy and kindness.
What you will receive
- Teachings on the nature and view of Tantrik ritual
- Detailed instruction in the practice of achamanam and a simple form of nyasa (divination of the body with mantra)
- How to prepare your altar and conduct a simple, three-offering daily puja
- Teachings in the esoteric meaning of the offerings
Puja I is required for those wishing to learn how to conduct a traditional 16 offering puja as taught in Puja II.

About the teacher
Shambhavi Sarasvati is the spiritual director of Jaya Kula. Her principle training is in the View and practices of Trika Shaivism, the classical Tantrik tradition of Kashmir, and the Dzogchen tradition of Tibet.
