With Shambhavi Sarasvati
A journey into relaxing deeply and immersing yourself in the immediacy of life.
You will learn:
- What is meditation?
- What are the different kinds of meditation?
- Shamatha, an open-eyed meditation practice that invokes the simplicity and calm abiding that comes from rediscovering your home in the world just as it is. Shamatha softly re-integrates you into life as an experiencer and participant rather than as an observer or through methods of concentration.
ALL LEVELS OF MEDITATORS ARE WELCOME.
This is a Jaya Kula core teaching.
