Ways to Attend

Tonglen is a practice of “giving and receiving.” We offer our inner gifts to others and in turn compassionately receive their suffering. Thus, Tonglen is a perfect way to express true holiday spirit!

Tonglen is an ancient Indian Buddhist practice that is treasured by many contemporary Buddhist lineages. Shambhavi teaches a nondual form of Tonglen that enacts the process of resolving karma into the unconditioned space of the heart.
