- Learn how we deplete Prana, Tejas and Ojas through inappropriate eating, sleeping, relating, working and emoting.
- Learn simple methods to conserve Prana, Tejas and Ojas through recalibrating your everyday life and getting back in sync with nature.
About the teacher
Shambhavi Sarasvati is the spiritual director of Jaya Kula. Her principle training is in the View and practices of Trika Shaivism, the classical Tantrik tradition of Kashmir, and the Dzogchen tradition of Tibet.
