with Shambhavi Sarasvati
Get yourself a daily spiritual practice and discover healthier ways of relating to life.
Tantra Foundations is a four-day immersion for people who want to establish a daily spiritual practice and learn about the View of the direct realization tradition of Trika Shaivism. It is the prerequisite for many of Jaya Kula’s advanced trainings.
Trika Shaivism, also known as Kashmir Shaivism, is the direct realization Tantrik tradition from North India. It is related in its view and methods to other direct realization traditions such as Dzogchen, Daoism and Chan Buddhism.
The essence of all direct realization traditions is the understanding that we have an innate capacity to directly discover the nature of Reality using our own minds and senses. Self-realization means coming to more fully embody enlightened essence nature by relaxing the tensions that temporarily obscure our experience of it.
Trika Shaivism is distinguished by its emphasis on the heart as the gateway to primordial wisdom.
