with Shambhavi Sarasvati
Get yourself a daily spiritual practice and discover healthier ways of relating.
Trika Foundations is a four-day immersion for people who want to establish or deepen their daily spiritual practice and learn about the View of the direct realization tradition of Trika Shaivism.
Trika Shaivism, also known as Kashmir Shaivism, is the direct realization Tantrik tradition from North India. It is related in its view and methods to other direct realization traditions such as Dzogchen, Daoism, and Chan Buddhism.
The essence of all direct realization traditions is the understanding that we have an innate capacity to discover the nature of the self and reality using our own minds and senses. Self-realization means that through the direct encounter with living presence, we naturally come to more fully embody wisdom, spontaneity, devotion, and compassion.
Trika Shaivism is distinguished by its emphasis on the heart as the gateway to primordial wisdom.

Please email Shambhavi if this is your circumstance.
The “sponsoring” option is a higher donation amount. 100% of the difference between the “regular” registration fee and the “sponsoring” amount will be used to assist students who cannot afford the low-income fee. Sponsor donations will be used to both offer deeper discounts and to reimburse low-income students or people experiencing temporary financial hardships for part or all of their airfare to the retreat.
The “Lakshmi’s Cupboard” option is for people not attending the retreat who wish to assist others to attend. Please write “Lakshmi” in the message line when making your donation so that your contribution can be earmarked for students in need.
