What is the practice of the Ayurmantra?
The Ayurmantra is from the Yajurveda, a Veda comprised mostly of ritual instructions. This short practice includes chanting mantras in Sanskrit while performing hand gestures (mudrā) in a dance-like way. It invites health to our bodies, energy, and minds. No prior experience is necessary.
In this version of the practice, we invite all other beings to share the benefit. The Ayurmantra is suited for all times, but is especially helpful now when so many beings on Earth are affected by and connected by political, social, and climate upheavals.
