The Essence of Trika Shaivism and Dzogchen is a three-part teaching on the histories, views, and core approaches of these two kindred direct realization traditions.
In part one, Trika Shaivism and Dzogchen Foundations, we embark on a comparative exploration that will give you a cultural, historical, and spiritual context for enriching your studies in either or both of these traditions.

Part 2: Three Words that Strike the Heart: February 24, 2024, from 9am to 12:30pm Pacific.
Part 3: Abhinavagupta’s 15 Verses on Awakening: March 23, 2024, from 9:30am to 5pm Pacific.

About the teacher
Shambhavi emphasizes the more explicitly devotional teachings and practices of Trika Shaivism and Dzogchen and direct knowing through encounters with the wisdom of the heart. She is also known for making complex teachings about the nature of the self and reality understandable, practical, and always relatable to everyday experience. Her teachings are grounded in her more than thirty-five years of daily personal practice and personal retreats.

You may register individually for any of the teachings in this series. You may also register for the entire series. Please scroll down to see series tickets. Series registration closes on January 20 at 9am Pacific.
