A MESSAGE FROM SHAMBHAVI, JAYA KULA’S SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR

Greetings!

The cornerstones of healing are community, kindness, honesty, and time.

Healing cannot take place outside of the context of community. Communities have birthed modalities of healing throughout time and around the world. Communities create crucibles for drawing the strength and nourishment needed to heal. Community is so important to healing, that current addiction studies identify the presence of community to be the single most effective “ingredient” for recovery.

Kindness is a powerful universal medicine. Other medicines delivered without kindness cannot show their full effects. Given the right conditions, kindness can reverse lifetimes of karma.

Honesty protects our immune system and supports our body, energy, and mind to deeply relax and complete the journey to universal love.

Medicine as fixing deals in symptoms. Medical systems based on the five elements find root imbalances and correct them. Healers from any tradition work with time and can reverse patterns of ill health.

HEALING GATHERINGS 2024

Mahashivaratri World Healing Retreat – March 7-10 – Last year during Shivaratri, we learned personal healing practices. This year, we will focus on sadhana for the benefit of others and our world.

Six Realms Purification Retreat – October 24-27 – Learn a Dzogchen six realms purification practice for self- and world-healing.

Morning Heart Worship – Livestreamed free every Tuesday morning at 7:30am Pacific on Shambhavi’s Facebook page and Jaya Kula’s YouTube channel. Heart-based practice to connect and heal.

Heart Darshan – First Thursdays 6:45pm. Join Shambhavi and the Jaya Kula community for a monthly practice of heart-based direct introduction to your real nature grounded in the traditions of Trika Shaivism and Dzogchen. Check the calendar to register.
