Do Practice

Practice, a.k.a, sadhana, means doing stuff like meditation and mantra (not just reading about it.) Shambhavi would love to see you at a live teaching. That’s how people have realized for thousands of years. But until then, here are some ways to get started waking up and discovering what the heck is going on here. (By “here” we mean in human bodies, on Earth.)

Shambhavi’s mission is to offer teachings about the nature of the Self and Reality that are accessible, practical, and immediately usable. With great humor, tenderness, and intelligence, she shows us how the principles of direct realization traditions such as Trika Shaivism and Dzogchen apply to the choices we face every day in our lives.

Our Traditions

Trika Shaivism from Kashmir and Dzogchen from Tibet are nondual, direct realization traditions. They emphasize discovering your real nature and the nature of reality for yourself.  Living a profoundly uncontrived life is one way to describe the aim of our practice. Many of us also love the teachings of Anandamayi Ma.
